This notice explains how information is handled when you browse eduensure.com or choose to contact the EduEnsure team through WhatsApp.
The form and your choices
Your name, role, institution or organisation and enquiry are edited in your browser. Your name and institution are optional; a role, enquiry and consent to use the information are required to prepare a message using this form. The form does not send those details to the website server or a website database. You may choose not to use the form and contact us directly through WhatsApp or email.
When you open WhatsApp
Selecting a WhatsApp button opens a third-party service. If you use the form, its draft text is passed to WhatsApp for display. You can review or change the message before sending it. Our team receives your request only after you press Send in WhatsApp. Once sent, we receive the message content, your WhatsApp number and profile information you share under your WhatsApp settings. WhatsApp's own privacy notice and terms govern its handling of data.
Why we use the information
Our team uses the information you send to answer your enquiry, understand your needs and handle the demonstration or trial discussion you request. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing messages or give consent to join a promotional group. Do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents or unnecessary personal information about other people.
Necessary technical data
Website hosting, network and security providers may process connection data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information. This is separate from the details you enter in the form.
Language preferences and tracking
This website does not add advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Your language preference may be stored on your device so the website can remember it. You can remove it through your browser's site storage settings. External services you choose to open, including WhatsApp, have their own data practices.
Who handles the information
The EduEnsure team handling your request can access the enquiry you send. WhatsApp and infrastructure providers handle data relevant to their respective services. These services may involve processing outside Malaysia. Ask us for clarification if you need more information before sharing details.
Access, correction and deletion
To request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have sent to us, or to ask us to stop following up on your enquiry, contact WhatsApp +86 189 6212 4656. State your request without sending identity documents that have not been requested. We will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained for a lawful purpose. Deleting a message in your app does not necessarily delete copies already received by others.
